UNIQREWARDS is owned and operated by Option Gift Pte Ltd, an appointed vendor for the NS Excellence Award, NS Celebratory Gift and other programmes run by the SAF (MINDEF), SCDF and SPF (MHA). You can find out more about us at www.uniq-group.com.

The credits from the FRV scheme cannot be combined with any other scheme.

Your user ID should have been sent by SMS to the mobile phone number that is registered with the NS Portal eSelf Update.

Credits

The number of credits you have been awarded is indicated at the top of every page.

Credits have no cash value. However, they may be used to redeem items featured on this website after you have successfully logged in.

Credits are awarded by your NS units. You cannot request for more credits.

Your credits are valid for 13 months from the date of issue.

The credits in your account cannot be restored if they have expired.

Making a Redemption

If the value of the items you have added to your cart is more than your available credit balance, you can pay for the difference using a credit card. Each credit will cost SGD1.00.

If you have 100 credits, you may only make one redemption. Please consume all the credits in your account before checking out. If you have 200 credits, you may make two redemptions. On your final redemption, you will need to consume all remaining credits in your account.

You are unable to make changes to your redemption after checking out.

Deliveries

You should receive them in approximately 10 working days after you make your redemption. You may use the tracking number provided after you completed your redemption to check the status of your delivery.

Your items are delivered by mail or in some cases by courier. Please check your mailbox.

Vouchers

Vouchers are cash equivalents and cannot be replaced.

Expired vouchers cannot be used, refunded or exchanged.

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace vouchers. If the voucher can be redeemed at another merchant, kindly make your redemption at an alternative merchant.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged once your redemption has been completed.
